What is included in Tenant Selection?

  • Atrio Properties will advertise your available unit(s) through print ad and word of mouth.
  • Inquiries will be directed to your Atrio Property Management Specialist(s) eliminating the inconvenience to you.
  • A property management specialist will show your unit(s) to prospective tenants.
  • Rental applications are provided and are reviewed to assess criteria including:
    • Rental History
    • Landlord and personal reference check
    • Credit check
    • Criminal background check (optional)
  • Recommendations for tenant(s) based upon above criteria will be discussed with property owner and a final decision will be made.
  • Arrangements are made for move-in including:
    • Collection of Security deposit and first month's rent
    • Dispersal of keys
    • Move-in inspection

What is Correspondence Management?

Correspondence Management means that all contact, both verbal and in writing, will be directed to your Atrio Property Management Specialist, eliminating the inconvenience to you of having to deal with the everyday issues associated with owning a rental property.  This includes emergency and non-emergency maintenance calls.

Coordination of Maintenance Services

Your Atrio Property Management Specialist will work with you to create a team of reliable, competent and competitively priced maintenance service contractors.  Whether you already have people you work with and feel good about or you would like help in putting the team together, your Atrio agent is there to coordinate your maintenance service needs.  From receiving the emergency call for service to handling routine maintenance, we're there for you.

Financial Transactions

Can't always get to your building to collect the rent or find the time to run to the bank to make a deposit?  Let your Atrio Property Management Specialist handle the financial transactions associated with your rental property .

Whether you want the rent checks sent directly to you or deposited in a local account, we'll make sure it's done in a timely manner.
